Our story

The camera is how we got in the door.

We started as a production company in 2015. The buildings we shot kept asking who was going to run the rest — the social, the ads, the leasing funnel. So we built it, piece by piece, until one team could take a building from pre-delivery to stabilized.

Today THOMAS is a national network of shooters, editors, social managers, media buyers and 5,000+ creators, run from one team in South Florida. Greystar, Related, RPM Living, CBRE, JLL, Newmark and hundreds of owners, managers and brokers work with us.

Everyone in your market calls us eventually for the content. We just stopped waiting for the call and do the whole thing ourselves.
